Mapping kelp biomass using Earth observation in Australia
EORC doctoral candidate Gillian Rowan recently travelled to New Zealand’s South Island to collect field data. Her research focuses on developing the knowledge, tools, and methods needed to map kelp biomass using Earth Observation in Australia.

This event was organized by The Global Ocean Accounts Partnership (GOAP) in collaboration with the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Republic of Indonesia.
